How WoW Forever Wiki uses essential storage, regional advertising controls and optional advertising technologies.
This independent fan site keeps data collection limited. The information below explains what is stored in your browser, how regional advertising rules are applied, and when advertising partners may receive data.
Essential storage
We store your advertising choice in a first-party cookie so the site can remember whether you accepted or rejected advertising. This preference is necessary to respect your decision and expires after 180 days.
Regional advertising rules
We use a country code derived by our hosting provider from the incoming request to select an advertising privacy mode. We do not use the site language as a location signal. For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil, and whenever the country cannot be determined, Adsterra is blocked until advertising is explicitly accepted. For visitors in the United States, advertising may load by default unless it has been rejected or the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. In other regions, advertising may load by default, but it can be disabled at any time through Cookie settings.
Advertising
When advertising is allowed, Adsterra scripts may load on public pages. Adsterra and its partners may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, IP-derived location and similar technologies to deliver, measure and protect ads and, where applicable, personalize them. If advertising is blocked by your regional settings, saved choice or Global Privacy Control signal, this site does not intentionally load those Adsterra tags.
Your choice
You can change your advertising choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. If advertising has already loaded and you then reject it, the page reloads after saving your choice so active ad placements are removed and further page activity is stopped as reliably as possible.
Data we do not request
This site does not ask visitors to create an account, submit payment details or provide sensitive personal information. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
