WoW Forever Quests: Routes, Rewards & Bug History
Find WoW Forever quest starts, routes, rewards and dungeon checklists. Use clearly labeled beta records and bug history without assuming current launch behavior.
Find a quest start, missing NPC, reward route or dungeon checklist below. Match the quest in your log before traveling: similar names can belong to different factions or starting zones.
The beta is closed. These guides preserve beta records and player reports; they are not independent release-client walkthroughs. Check your current objective and reward panel when the intended service is available. See beta closure and access dates separately.

Minimum acceptance levels do not guarantee a safe solo route. Each linked guide gives the source, chain steps and limits of the beta evidence.
Quest locations documented during beta
On Zephras Isle, the documented starting route runs through Thendal Village, Shen'dar and Valanaar. Use it to place the Camping, Prideclaw and cult quests in order rather than treating every village as an interchangeable start.
For Dun Morogh, use the Cornelius entry above. For a dungeon trip, check the preparation table below before traveling. Early beta coverage does not establish the current level cap or mean that the test is still open.
Quest bugs already worth tracking
The closed beta had quest-specific issues. Blizzard's September 24 follow-up listed Escaping Ban'ethil as resolved after reports of an unusually fast escort and repeated Strike. This is a historical official status, not an independent release-client test.
That distinction matters for every quest bug we cover:
- Reported — reproduced by players or documented in beta.
- Acknowledged — Blizzard lists or responds to the issue.
- Fix announced — a future build is said to contain a fix.
- Verified fixed — the behavior is re-tested after that build is actually available.

Quest missing? Check the chain first
Cannot pick up a quest that appears in a guide? Compare your faction, class, level and previous quest with its start requirements. Wolfsbane's opening step and material collection have different level gates. Sleeping Bag sends both factions across continents, but in a different starting order.
If the title differs in your client language, compare the quest ID where the guide provides one. For The Great Outdoors, also compare the starting zone: a different NPC and fire can be correct for another version of the quest.

New quests across Azeroth
Blizzard says the 1–60 journey adds more than 1,000 new quests while continuing to use the original world. Riverglades alone has been described as containing nearly 200 quests for Horde and Alliance, and Zephras Isle provides the new Skyborne starting experience.
Use Zones to choose the regional guide, then open the individual quest route above. This index covers selected documented quests, not a complete list of all announced quests.
Using coordinates and beta records
Check the named zone map before using coordinates. A cave or city map may use a different coordinate system. Database rewards and prerequisites describe their recorded build; they do not verify launch behavior or an optimal leveling route.
For a bug, compare the source date and build with your own. An official fix announcement, a player's workaround and an independently tested fix are different kinds of evidence. The Known Issues guide keeps those distinctions visible.

Collection turn-ins and travel preparation
For faction librarians, selected pickup locations and cumulative reward milestones, use Library books and rewards. It separates unique titles handed in from books merely found. The boat and travel guide helps plan the journey; it does not replace an access quest or its prerequisite chain.
