WoW Forever Systems: Servers, Legacy, Addons & PvP
Explore WoW Forever systems: servers, rulesets, Legacy, addons, PvP rewards, Camping and Merchant's Favor, with guides for currency and reputation.
WoW Forever changes several long-term systems without turning every mechanic into a separate thin guide.
Core system guides
- Servers, Realmless & Rulesets — PvE, PvP, Roleplay, Hardcore, regions, Oceania, transfers and Battleground sharing.
- Legacy System — account-wide Legacy Points and progression.
- Addons — Modern client API, combat restrictions, WeakAuras and DBM.
- PvP — 14-rank seasonal progression, Honor, rewards, Darkspear Islands, and beta datamining.
- Professions & Camping — campsite capacity, profession contributions, unlock thresholds, buffs and Blueprint limits.
Systems confirmed but not split yet
Naming and identity
Forever requires a second name, with the full name acting as a region-wide unique identifier across rulesets.
Other evergreen systems
Transmog, professions, economy and social systems can grow here without turning Guides into a catch-all category.
How this hub will grow
A system gets its own page when it has enough stable information and a distinct player need. Smaller subtopics stay on their parent page until they genuinely need a separate reference.
Economy and account restrictions
Temporary Economy Hold explains the announced restrictions on trade, mail, guild banks and the Auction House, what to record for account checks, and which timing details Blizzard has not published.
Trade-camp currency and reputation
Merchant's Favor explains crate turn-ins, writ deliveries and recipe purchase checks. Trade-camp reputation is separate from PvP Honor, Rank Points and Battleground reputation.
Exploration and collections
Library books have their own pickup, turn-in and reward checks. Boats and travel connects official port announcements with useful quest destinations. These are source-reviewed references, not a complete collection database or live transport tracker.
