WoW Forever Engineering: Trainers, Bots & Materials

Engineering needs crafted components as well as raw supplies, and Forever adds useful camp bots. Plan tools, parts and recipe access separately. The examples below are source-reviewed beta references, not a verified release-client 1–300 route.

Trainer and tools before you leave town

The beta trainer guide lists Sprite Jumpsprocket in Stormwind's Dwarven District and Thund in Orgrimmar for initial training. Ask a guard for directions. English NPC names are retained for matching the source, not a promise that one trainer teaches all ranks.

Check whether the recipe needs a Blacksmith Hammer, an Arclight Spanner, an anvil or another station. The guide specifically tells players to keep their crafted spanner. Carrying materials does not replace a required tool or nearby workstation.

Keep components separate from raw materials

Mining can supply stone and ore, but bars still require smelting or purchase. A Copper Tube, a Handful of Copper Bolts and a Copper Bar are not interchangeable. Do not spend every bolt on skill gains if a planned recipe needs those bolts as ingredients.

Buy for a small batch, craft, and inspect your current skill and next rank. This page does not calculate local prices, exact skill-up odds or a cheapest guaranteed route.

Reagent Bot and Repair Bot

The recipe finder shows the exact reported components for one craft. The beta reference describes the bots as services for people at the campsite, not an automatic right to craft every Engineering recipe. A listed Blueprint drop is not guaranteed.

Deploy the crafted contribution at a campfire; a bot item left in your bags does not provide its service. Read Camping rules before replacing another contribution.

Skill caps and missing recipes

If you cannot advance, check rank training first. If a particular craft is blocked, inspect recipe knowledge, tools, exact components and station proximity. Buying another stack of ore will not solve a missing Blueprint.

Merchant's Favor covers separate vendor currency and reputation checks. Use Professions to compare material pairings. The skill-300 Anarchist's Workbench and final specialization/recipe shopping lists are not independently validated here.
